Ads Forge is the create/publish studio in THE APP FORGE, operated in South Africa by THE APP FORGE.
Ads Forge queues campaigns, ad sets, and ads with status PAUSED only. It will not enable live spend unless an authorised operator turns on the documented live-ads enablement flags.
Connecting Meta (Facebook Page and Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, or TikTok means Ads Forge may store encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens for that organisation, as described in the privacy policy at /privacy. Tokens are used only to publish and report for the connected org. Disconnect in Connections to wipe tokens immediately; a full deletion request at /data-deletion is completed within 30 days.
Pulse remains the read-only reporting sibling. Do not treat Ads Forge Insights as a replacement for Pulse's historical dashboard.
Use of Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Higgsfield, and xAI is subject to those providers' terms. You are responsible for ad policy compliance in South Africa.
Paid plans are billed per organisation in South African rand (ZAR) through PayFast's secure hosted checkout. You pay on PayFast's own page, and your plan is marked paid only once PayFast confirms the payment to us. Card and bank details go to PayFast, never to Ads Forge, and we never see or store card numbers.
If you run lead ads, Ads Forge reads each lead from your chosen Facebook Page and stores it in your Pipe Forge pipeline. You are responsible for your Instant Form's own privacy policy link, for having a lawful reason to contact the people who submit it, and for deleting a lead when that person asks you to; we do the same on request within 30 days, as set out in the Meta lead ads section of /privacy.
/privacy.Ads Forge uses YouTube API Services. By using Ads Forge's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies to the information Google collects.
Connecting YouTube lets Ads Forge upload the videos an owner or admin of your organisation approves to your YouTube channel, with the title, description, tags, privacy and cover image shown on approval, and nothing else. You are responsible for what you upload and for following YouTube's Community Guidelines and copyright rules, and for setting whether a video is made for kids.
You can disconnect at any time: Connections → YouTube (organic) → Disconnect YouTube revokes our access at Google and deletes the stored tokens straight away. You can also revoke access at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. What we read, store and delete is set out in the YouTube section of the privacy policy at /privacy#youtube.
